An Unexpected HTTP Error occurred during the API request.

    I am trying to install Importer for WordPress:
    Tools -> Import -> WordPress
    but I always get “An Unexpected HTTP Error occurred during the API request.”

    A post in the other thread suggested changing a timeout from 15 to 60 in wp-admin/includes/plugin-install.php I did so, but the error still occurs
