An unexpected error occurred with WordPress 3.4.1

Hi,

I have installed a new version on web server. After installation when I try to search Theme or any Plugin in admin site Its give me the Error

“An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.remarpro.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.“

I re-install again but the problem still exist.

Could any one help me Please.
