An unexpected error occurred. when i added new plugins or update my site

  • please help me. i can’t update my wordpress site and plugins.

  • Try deactivating plugins one by one and then try to update . One of your plugin should be conflicting .

    still same problem……i deactivate all my plugins……..but no effect….

    What exactly are you trying to update when you receive this error?

    Does the site perform fine otherwise?

    im try to install new plugins but when i click add new plugins then the error message appeared.
    yes my site site running smoothly.
    oh i use wp v3.5.1 but i can update my wp to 3.5.2.

    when i update wordpress new version?

    Thew newest WP version is 3.6. I would definitely recommend updated to the latest version of WordPress.

    Who is your hosting provider? Have you tried contacting them to see if there are any reported problems with WordPress sites?
