    and i can’t install my demo content

  • Can you contact the theme developer if you are having issues downloading the demo content? Usually they would have alternative ways to get your demo content populated to your site.

    That’s an issue with your webhost; you need to contact them. The server is not allowing outgoing httpd connections.
