An unexpected error occurred…

  • Good day! When I try to add new plugin or theme then well-known text appears :
    “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.remarpro.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.”
    After disabling all plugins same result.
    The site is under construction, I’m using theme created with Artisteer 4.
    I installed WP maybe 4 months ago and there was not such problem during that time. How can we test what can it be in my case? Thank you very much!

  • Sounds like your host may have trouble reaching the www.remarpro.com server.

    Might be a firewall issue on their side?

    Here is my host answer after my inquiry:
    “Due to security reasons by default all outgoing connection are disabled. I’ve re-enabled those connections for you and your issue should be resolved”.
    As I understand this is exactly what you guess. Now my plugins/themes works fine, as also recaptcha. Before that every time I entered recaptcha it was always wrong. Thank you!
