    Hi guys,

    I am a total newbie and don′t know what to do. When I try to search for a new theme I get this error message.

    “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.remarpro.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.”

    My page name ist https://www.mariestern.com

    I played around with a few themes, the latest one was the free version of “Launch Effect”.

    I tried to reset wordpress as there is nothing really on it yet. I used “WordPress Database Reset” and reseted everything but users and usermeta.

    I deleted all plugins that I installed and all themes except “Sydney” which is running now on it.

    But I still get this message :..-(

    There were some temporary problems with www.remarpro.com, it wasn’t handling theme requests correctly. It should all be working now.

    Oh gosh, thanks.

    The good thing is I now learned that I need to do a backup. Do you have a “how to guide” for very non-techy people?

    You’ll probably want something simple like a backup plugin – Updraft will probably be easiest for less technical effort. Other will chime in I’m sure with their own fave plugin. =D
