An unexpected error occurred.

    Description Since last two 4.0/4.1 updates, I have had 3 issues:

      1)

    When I click on Themes: Add new from the network menu (network/theme-install.php) I receive the error above.

      2)

    When I click customize in theme, I get white screen.. no errors

      3)

    The images on my main page are broken and will not display

    Attempts at resolution
    1) Have downloaded full wp zip, and installed
    2) Tried several new themes without result
    3) Tried admin panel on 3 browsers, on 3 computers, on Linux Mint, OSX, and win 8. Identical on all

    Other:
    Plugins and browsing to install new plugins works fine.

    1 + 3) Resolved with updating wp-config.php + .htaccess
    Apparently I have some depreciated values

    2) Still no clue. NO live preview, no theme customization.
    Happens in all themes.
