An unexpected error occurred

  • Hi, I started using WordPress a couple of days ago but today when I went to try and search for a plugin I get the message “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.remarpro.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums”

    I also can’t update any existing plugin’s and get the message “Download failed. Couldn’t resolve host ‘downloads.www.remarpro.com'”

    I contacted my host (Domainmonster.com) who say there is no problem at their end. I was running the Razzo portfolio/ecommerce theme so I went back to the Twenty Twelve theme and deactivated all my installed plugin’s but still have the problem.

    Any help would be appreciated! Thanks
