“An unexpected error occured, please try again”

  • I’m not very smart, please help me out. ??

    I get this error any time I try to upload a specific PDF. It works with all others I try, just not this one.

    When I remove all fields or special formatting, it works… but of course, I need those fields. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.

    An update: I extracted one page as a test and it seems to work. Could it be that the document is simply too large? Is this something that can be fixed in the Pro version?

    Also, can you extract specific information from the form? Like the Month and Year from a Date field. It only gives an option to map the entire thing.
