    I keep getting the error message below when submitting user clicks on submit on the ads.

    An unexpected error occured: 500:error. . Please refresh page and try again. If problem presists, please report this issue through Contact Us page. Thanks

    My current website setup is:

    WordPress version 6.6.1
    Active theme: Sydney (version 2.43)
    Current plugin: ApplyOnline (version 2.6.3)
    PHP version 8.1

    I also get an error when saving. However if I check the admin console, the application is there. The users does not have an option to edit or do anything else.

    Application is no longer available for edit.

    Did you find a solution? For me, this problem also occurs when a user tries to send an application. If I disable the emailer plugin, everything works fine though…

    @lwvhessen Getting the same issue on a client site, thanks for the info on disabling the emailer, I’ll check if that resolves it here as well.

    Same behavior, 500 error triggered on submission, the application does end up going through but no confirmation email goes out so users are just resubmitting on repeat.
