An specific element of the homepage doesn’t load until i hit refresh

Hello there!
I really need some help here. And specific element of my homepage doesn’t load until i hit refresh. Im using a WP Theme. I asked for a freelance to do the work and he is not answering me back i really would love some help.
The problem is in the contact form, by the other side has to be a yellow block with other data from the company and doesn’t load until i hit refresh, this was happening with 2 other places and i asked the freelancer to fix it, he did one but this i didn’t checked.
I checked the code and that specific space has dis div specified, how can i change it
