I just installed the trial version of the plugin before ordering the pro version. But two messages I see are completely opaque. I simply do not know what they mean.

First, on the dashboard, a notice says, “Antispam by CleanTalk trial period ends, please upgrade to premium version!”

Everything ends. That’s reality. But why tell me that without telling me WHEN? The way the sentence is written, it might mean it already has ended. But how can that be? It just started. Or did it?

Then this morning, a few hour after installing and configuring, I get an email saying, “Attention, please! “Antispam by CleanTalk” plugin error on your site [name redacted]: *** Antispam disabled. Check access key in CleanTalk plugin options. *** ”

I just looked. The access key is there. The plugin appears to be functional. So why I am seeing these notices?

    Hello.

    Thank you for your request.

If you see the notice that the trial period ends, it means that it ends in 24 hours. We try to put links in every notice the plugin shows.

In this case the link leads to your CleanTalk Control Panel:
    https://cleantalk.org/my/

Your CleanTalk Control Panel has any information you need including the exact licence expiration date.

If you already purchased the Anti-Spam Licence but still see the notice about Premium Version, please, follow this instruction:
    https://cleantalk.org/help/premium-notice

If that didn’t help you, we ask you to open a private ticket here:
    https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open

    Best regards.
