We recently had a problem with the Authorize.net AIM plugin. That problem (Transaction Key issue) has been resolved and everything is once again running fine.

I have 24 FAILED orders in WooCommerce that came in during this time. Even though these are FAILED orders, they failed because of OUR problem, not a problem with the customer’s card. How can I process these orders and capture the charges so we can ship the products? I have tried using the CAPTURE CHARGE option on one order, however it did not appear to do anything.

If I change the order to PROCESSING status, we then receive the order details as we normally would, but WooCommerce doesn’t capture the charge.

New orders coming in from the web store are now processing as they should. The orders in FAILED status are orders which we can now deliver on, but I don’t know how to capture the charges so we can ship the products.
