• Hello,
When I click on the different plugin configuration module I have an error: An “invalid format” error prevented the request from completing as expected. The format of the returned data was not recognized.
I have deactivated the main modules likely to conflict: WordFence / Redirection / Easy Updates Manager / Disable Search / The7 Convert Plus : but I can’t find a solution.
My other Plugins: Yoast SEO / WP Rocket / Imagify / Gravity Form / BackWPup / Custom Facebook Feed Pro Personal / The7 Slider Revolution and WooCommerce version 4.1.0. I am on the latest version of WordPress 5.4.1.
All plugins and THE7 theme are up to date.
Thank you in advance for your help.
    Best regards.
    bwn34

I may have found the problem. By deactivating “The7 Convert Plus” I no longer have the error message. I continue the tests and keep you posted.

    I found !!!
For information, there is an incompatibility between iThemes Security and “Convert Plus”.
I have re-activated all plugins including WordFence / Redirection / Easy Updates Manager / Disable Search / and I no longer have the error message.

It’s a crazy thing … I re-disabled WordFence / Redirection / Easy Updates Manager / Disable Search after completely removing Convert Plus and this time the error message is still present and blocks changes to the settings of Woocommerce !!!

Someone would have any idea ?

It is resolved that it comes from the Firefox cache !
