    Hi,

I received this error from my website after using your plugin, however, after contacting Klaviyo they said the following…

We do not have an existing integration with MailOptin. It sounds like they are using our API to connect with Klaviyo. If you are able to find the API call they are making we can look into what is causing the error.

Additionally, if you are able to contact their developers you can also have them reference our API docs to ensure they are making the correct API calls: https://www.klaviyo.com/docs

    Can you assist please?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Can you please test your form on your site and see if that error happens again?

The error is likely because klaviyo API was down or unresponsive at the time our plugin made a request to them. Probably there was downtime.

If after your test and you see it working, just ignore this error.
