• This plugin helped me at first, but it forced me to install another plugin that installed against my will and didn’t even work, so I finally uninstalled it and use the competing software, which is less intrusive and respects its users.

    Hello Pierre,

You had previously left a 5-star review stating that our plugin was blocking bots and keeping your site running smoothly, which has now changed since you installed it on a second site.

Our plugin operates independently. You are not required to install any other plugins from our suite, nor is any other plugin installed automatically. You have been assisted on our private support page multiple times, and we have thoroughly explained that your site has numerous errors and issues, some of which are even visible in your console. You have been informed of these issues, but I prefer not to disclose them here to avoid identifying your site and exposing its weaknesses.

However, we do recommend that you install another one of our free plugins to help you address these errors.

I suggest that you fix these errors, and your site will work with our plugin or any other good plugin. Without resolving these errors, no plugin will function properly.

    Cheers,

    Bill

The problem is that these errors only appear when I’m using your plugin and are only reported by your plugin.

And apparently, they concern the ads displayed on my website by Google ad manager. The reported codes can’t be found on my website, so it’s impossible to correct them, they come from certain advertisers’ ads.

The WordPress error management system doesn’t report any errors, nor does Blogvault, which backs up and protects my site.

Your website has several errors, not just the ones you mentioned.

Our plugin reports errors, including JavaScript errors. However, this doesn’t necessarily mean that the errors were caused by the plugin. As we’ve mentioned before, on our support site, if your car’s engine is overheating, turning off the thermometer won’t solve the problem. The site is yours, and you are free to act as you wish.
