An Ideal Layout for Help Documentation

    I’d like to lay out my help documentation so that the main navigation includes main topic titles. This list will cause a subset of topics to be displayed in the main content area. When any of these subtopics is clicked, a grid of 4 or 5 video thumbnails is displayed with their titles. When these are clicked, a lightbox opens and the video starts playing.

    I’m using a WooTheme which has some shortcodes I’d like to be able to use. How can I get the WooTheme shortcodes to work within the WP Help document editor?
