  • I have paid for the full version of this theme (Novel Pro) and I have used it for over a year. It provides all the functions that I require from a website. I have also paid for their ‘lead form’ pro plugin, again because it provides everything I need.

    I am writing this review, however, to focus on the excellent support service that this company offers, so even if you do not want to use this specific theme, another theme or plugin provided through this company will also likely come with such excellent technical support. Any questions about technical issues are posted on their forum, with your website link, and they generally respond in 24 hours with a solution that works; for more technical issues, they even help via personal messages and again solve the problem. This is all without any additional charges, and is included in your one-off payment for the premium theme or plugin you have.

    I hope this company continues to gain a positive reputation and they achieve their successful goals.

    I’ve again had excellent customer service technical support today from these guys. Very professional and patient, as the problem was a bit frustrating for us all, but these guys sorted it professionally and their communication was excellent.
