• After updating to the latest v5.6.0, I cannot add new events. As soon as I add one, I receive the following error.

    =============

    Everything starts working immediately as soon as I disable the following 3 official extension plugins:

    1. Event Tickets Extension: PDF Tickets
    2. Event Tickets Extension: Per Event Checkin API
    3. Event Tickets Extension: Ticket Email Settings

    How can I resolve this?

  • Hi @ngrhd

    There was a similar issue reported with The Events Calendar 6.0, which was addressed in a hotfix.

    When you say this error occurred with “the latest v5.6.0”, did you perhaps mean 6.0?

    If that’s the case, you can try version 6.0.0.1, which contains a fix.

    Let us know if that helps!

    Best,
    Sky
