Hi there,

I was trying to migrate a test site to its final location. I have tried both cPanel and FTP multiple times and both came back with the error message, “An error occurred with the connection to the destination server. Please retry after sometime.” I have contacted the hosting platform of the destination server, and they are not sure what the issue is.

Is there something I need to do on my end? Is there something they need to do on their end?
