I am trying to update Woocommerce to 4.5.0. and I am getting this error

An error occurred while updating WooCommerce: Could not copy file. woocommerce/assets/js/selectWoo/selectWoo.js

Hoping that someone can help me out?

I am using the Plugin Updater directly on the WP website.

Hmm, sounds like something may have gone haywire. You might need to rename the WooCommerce folder that’s in wp-content/plugins (via FTP or CPanel file browser) to something like old_woocommerce and reinstall WooCommerce from scratch.

I went into my FTP and noticed that a staging copy of the website was not completely removed.
This was causing my disk usage to be at the max.
Once I removed it, the update worked!
