    Hi. I keep getting this error message when using any of the forms on my website. I have also uninstalled the plugin and recreated the forms Same thing. I have not been able to get your forms to work on my website.

    ERROR – An error occurred while processing the form. Please try again

    Note the following.

    ctype – enabled.
    Same issue on php7,4 and 8.
    Cloudflare issue? Captchas? IP firewall blocking (I have very strict IP rules) & user agents blocking.

    As I use the hidden forms (IP logging) could this be a problem if my firewall is blocking your APIs ect ect?

    Do you have any IPs, domains, useragents I can whitelist in cloudflare?

    I have been struggling with this issue for months and just cant get your forms to work, I can even evaluate the product.

    I looked at your website for support and it says I need to pay for the premium plugin to get any kind of support. However, this is something I really don’t wish to do at this point because I can’t even evaluate the product.

    I hope you are doing well.

    When the plugin is installed on the website it doesn’t have any API access that is required to be allowed in Cloudflare, but it seems Cloudflare is blocking the Ajax request https://monosnap.com/file/EdtzOE5ZxRqULlzYLGCFeA9TJKgr1c

    Could you confirm if WordPress > Tools > Site Health is not showing any issues?

Why have I been blocked?
