    there is nothing in error log and the payment not processing

    Per the screenshot you are sharing here, it appears that a payment method is required.

    Feel free to go ahead with making sure the plugin is fully set up and configured, as detailed here (direct link).

    For testing things out, before going live, there is also the test mode -detailed here.

    If the issue persists, upon having the plugin fully set up and configured, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Also, can you please do a full plugin/theme conflict test by switching to the storefront theme and disabling all plugins except WooCommerce and the Stripe Gateway?

    Can you please go to WP Admin > Payments > Settings > Advance settings and disable the early access feature?
