    Hello
    when customer going for checkout, that time its show the issue,
    An error occurred while calling the PayPal API.

    I have reset API, 3 times, but all 3 times I face this issue,

    Is there any solution? how can I fix this? our all customer waiting for checkout, but they are can not

    Hi @nasirwp – Sorry for the delay!

    This kind of problem can sometimes be caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.     Thanks for your reply, yes I have checked that way, try to find conflict. But I did not get it.

    Actually, it’s worked fine, but I don’t sure, how or why this issue.
    I have tried to use PayPal Standard. I see it’s working fine.

    Actually, it’s worked fine, but I don’t sure, how or why this issue.

    If you have found that PayPal Checkout worked when testing for conflicts to try and locate the culprit enable your plugins and theme one at a time retesting PayPal Checkout purchases after you enable each one.
