    Hello @stealthbyroot

Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.

At first glance, I could think of 2 possible causes for such an issue to occur:
    – Webhooks not fully functional – when the webhooks don’t work, it will not provide a confirmation of a refund activity. You can check this situation in the setting page of our plugin under the “Connection” tab. Here you will find 2 buttons: “Simulate” and “Resubscribe”, these will help you verify and possibly fix a webhook issue.
    – Plugin conflict – it could be that another plugin is blocking the webhooks to communicate the refund activity to the PayPal server or altering the details. You could try to test a refund while deactivating most plugins (except WooCommerce and PayPal) or do a full conflict test to be sure.

If this does not help you out, we could take a closer look at the site, settings and logs, to see if there is anything we can spot, but in order to now share such details on a public forum, you might want to open a private engagement with us.

Please let us know if this helped or how we can help you out further.

    Kind regards,
    Joost
