An error occurred We’re sorry, but for some reason we can’t open this for you.

  • We cant seem to get the plugin to work using the Microsoft viewer option. We’ve tried blank installs of WordPress with no other plugins. We’ve checked file size, file names and access.
    The Google viewer works, but does not support similar functionality to the Microsoft Office Viewer, so we can’t use that.
    The error appears to come from the viewer within the embedded iframe. ANy tips on how to troubleshoot or fix the issue?
