    Hello, we have integrated paypal express checkout with our woocommerce, we have done all the api integration work, but every time we try to test we are getting this message ” An error occurred, We were unable to process your order, please try again.” after paypal is redirecting us to the website

    anyone have an idea why is is happening ?

    PS: I have checked that the paypal account currency and the store currency are the same

    Hi @awfa993,

    Please share the transaction log from Woocommerce > Status > Logs > eh_paypal log private via this link.

    This is a longshot possibility, but I’ve had all kinds of problems with PayPal transactions while using a VPN. If you are using a VPN, I suggest you try disabling it and see if that helps.

    yes actually I resolved the issue, it was related to the account, the account I am using had been created within a region that is not supported by Paypal, after using an eligible account, the cycle worked perfectly, thank you all
