Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

Seems problem is related to cURL request when the payment is processed.

Can you navigate to WordPress > Settings and double check if your are using HTTPS? https://monosnap.com/file/jg0knuhj4p7RVBtDJivNZSFyADMJHE

If so, please go to WordPress > tools > site health and check for any missing PHP module.

In case everything is set, can you let us know the PHP version you are using?

I have checked the configuration in WordPress, also I ran an entire Better-Search-Replace in the database for all https://cfns.us to be https://cfns.us.

At the moment, I could only notice 1 mixed content error in the page, ie regarding the cfns-background-1280x634_v2.png image.

The above shouldn’t be causing any issues with submission. Possible to also share the form export, so that we could have a better idea?

If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.

You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud services in the next reply.

Thanks for sharing the form export. I tried to replicate the issue in my system with the given form export, however it works fine when tested.

Could you please check how it behaves if you remove the PayPal field save the form and re-add the Paypal field again in the form?

Please do make sure to save the changes after deleting the PayPal field and before re-adding it.

Could you please check and let us know whether the above step makes any difference?

I tried removing the Paypal field and adding it back.

I still got the error, however, when I added it, I did using the Debug mode = On. I tried to submit again the form and I downloaded the debug.log:

Also, it was very weird that, after saving and updating the form with the new field, when I tried to submit it asked me for address, city and zip code in the paypal payment option (I am trying to use credit card payment through paypal), but on a second try it only asked me for zip code, not address nor city, and it never asked me for state. Why is it being so inconsistent asking things?
