The customer is not able to pay using their wallet balance and if we manually try and edit the balance in the admin panel we are receiving a “an error occurred please try again” message.

Have updated woo and theme to latest. Have tried deactivating and reactivating woo wallet. The error still persists. We haven’t installed any new plugins for over a year so I don’t think there’s a conflict.

Hi @secondstarfabric

Please deactivate our plugin and activate again. This is a database issue this will solve by doing this.

Hi I already did that. But tried again and no that doesn’t fix the issue. Any other suggestions?

Also a customer just ordered ￡100 wallet top up but the amount has not been credited to their wallet account. Their balance is just showing as ￡0

Hello this is getting urgent. All the wallet purchases are not being credited to customer’s accounts and they cannot use their balance at the checkout.
