On my site, when customers try to input their contact information (name, email) they get a message that says “An error occurred, please try later”. Also, I am not getting any feedback from MailChimp on customer engagement. This seam to happen after the auto plugin updates occurred back in June 2023.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi,
At first I couldn’t submit the form but then I tried a second time and it worked. It takes a long time to process. It may be related to your logo pointing to another website that doesn’t exist.

What plugin are you using to insert the MailChimp form?

Hi James, thank you for investigating. I am not sure. I had MailChimp as a plug-in back when this site was set up but during a plug-in update back in June, I suddenly stop getting the updates in July on customer engagement. I assume it was because customers had problems putting their information into the opt-in page.

Hi Tim, thank you for investigating. You mentioned a Logo that doesn’t exist? What logo is that? Thanks!

In the upper left corner of the Contact Author you can see a broken image display. That image points to https://www.theprofitincubator.com/project/author/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/UAMK_Logo.png which does not exist.

    Tim and James,

I went to Fluent Forms in my WordPress Admin site and noticed that the MailChimp function was disabled. I enabled it and will see if this fixes my problem with receiving updates from Mailchimp about customer engagement.

Tim, thanks, I am not sure what this is. I will check it out. Thanks
