    Hi

    I get this notice when trying to checkout by using a credit card.

    Problem: Check-out is not working and I see this message: “An error occurred, please try again or try an alternate form of payment.”

    Payment: I am using Square as payment gateway.

    Here is the log when got fail payment:

    @vincent008 do you have sandbox mode enabled in your settings?

    @themassapothecary Hi Derek, I didn’t have the sandbox mode enabled. Have no idea how to settle it. Would you please help me?

    Hello @vincent008,

    Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with payments. Could you please attach a copy of your site’s System Status report?

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support” (after you scroll down a bit)”. Once done, please paste it here in your reply or via a text-sharing service like https://gist.github.com/.
