    We have not restricted WordPress plugin for the users in the free plan. Hence, that might not be the case why you are unable to access the developer console.

    In case, if the issue persists, then please drop an email to support<at>zohomail<dot>com with the screenshot of the error message. We will check with our technical team and get back to you with our findings.
