    I’m getting this error message “An error occurred. Please try again.” When I attempt to set up Jetpack. I have turned off my setting for disable Disable XML-RPC and the error still occurs.

    Hi @maestrostevens,

    Thanks for reporting this, and sorry for the trouble!

    Jetpack uses your site’s XML-RPC file to communicate with WordPress.com. Unfortunately, I cannot access that file on your site at the moment:

    I’d recommend that you contact your hosting provider and ask them to allow access to your site’s XML-RPC file, as it’s currently blocked.

    Once they allow access again, you should be able to use Jetpack. Let me know how it goes and if you get stuck at any step, just let us know and we’ll be glad to help :)`
