    We bought the Unlimited licence for Qi Theme but when we try to register it into the Essentials Addon it says “An error occurred, please try again.”

    Hi there,

    Please try to deactivate and delete the existing plugin and simply install the latest downloaded once again in order to check if it might be an issue with not updating the plugin correctly. Also, have in mind if you are using the premium version, to deactivate it before you delete the plugin.
