    hello there,

    i want to put a slideshow in my website. But every slideshow that i’ve downloaded doesn’t work. Everytime when i want to upload a photo it says: “An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later”

    i have deactivated all plugins, and re-activated them all and still didn’t work.

    there is one slider that does upload the image, but when i put it in my post/page it doesn’t slide.. You only see 1 image

    ohh and i’m using wordpress 3.6.1

    I have the same problem. After i upgraded to 3.6.1 i have the same problem with uploading media files. Got the same error:
    An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.

    But if i set in wp-config.php this lines it works:
    define(‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false);
    @ini_set(‘display_errors’,0);

    Still trying to debug what is the problem.

    I have Esplanade theme.
    And i have installed next plugins:

    Captcha 3.8.2
    CodeStyling Localization 1.99.30
    Super Simple Google Analytics 1.7.1
    W3 Total Cache 0.9.3
    WordPress SEO 1.4.18

    gfewjf do you have one of this plugins installed? And also what theme do you have?
