An error occurred in the upload

    I find below error when i try to install any image in media directory.
    “An error occurred in the upload Please try again later.”
    I try this with fresh wordpress installation but fetch same error.
    I use 4.1.1 version of wordpress. when i active this plugin and save all configuration image can’t upload.

    in my case i removed this debug lines from the config file and it works:

    define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
