    Hi,

    I have installed the Klarna plugin and generated credentials from your Playground. But when I go to the checkout page at the front end of my store I receive the error message: “An error occurred during communication with Klarna (Unauthorized).”.

    Username is: PK07121_dbb126a56c48

    Checking the logs at Klarna shows RESPONSE BOD: null

    @tobbecokta – I’ve found the cause of the issue. The PK07121 are configured for multiple markets, but not fully generated to support all combinations for KCO Global. Currently your requests are sending:

    purchase_country: SE
    purchase_currency: EUR

    but credentials are auto-generated to support SEK purchase_currency for purchase_country=SE. What currencies are you planning to support for your store? Are you using a currency switcher?

    Alright.

    It will be multiple currencies. For the domain that I am currently testing on it will be EUR.

    For my Swedish store and SEK payments I will use a different domain.
