    Hello guys,

We today noticed that our supplier who using ShipStation couldn’t process orders since 7 days.

When they try to export orders from our woocommerce site, they have this error message displaying : An error occurred attempting to update orders: The remote name could not be resolved: ‘www.univa…

I’ve did my research and for some cases, cloudflare is mostly the main agent causing this issue BUT, i’m not sure.

Any solution for this? What kind of method can we use to troubleshot this issue?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @izna1993

If you temporarily deactivate the caching and security plugins, do you still see the same error?

Also could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Hello,

i’m pretty sure its not because of cache plugin. This issue happen when we had bot attacks on our store and we had to enable “under attack” mode on cloudflare. Then, its caused multiple issues with third party plugins.

here is the statut system : https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MzoXPKm1wGunqoX4ZcSNF7cNy7rjBiioN7f4U_IohFw/edit?usp=sharing

    Hello,

Thank you for sending the system report.

Please be sure to enable logging?under?WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > ShipStation.

Then, try to reproduce the issue again, and please share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if any other error is visible).

    Thanks.

    Hello,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.

    Kind regards.
