    upload_max_filesize = 100M
    post_max_size = 100M
    max_file_uploads = 20

    From the file extension does not depend, I tried .jpg, and .txt and others ….

    104MB – This is the allowed upload size, not the file size.
    Open the image in a new window, so it will be seen better.
