Hi. ?If you face this problem when just accessing the Depicter dashboard, then most probably for some reasons your server can not contact our servers. Please check our guidelines here: ?https://depicter.helpscoutdocs.com/article/265-connectivity ? ?And please note that the best thing to do is to contact your hosing company and based on the documentation that I sent you, make sure that the connectivity problem is resolved.

    Hi.

?The background video gets muted because of the browser rules. If it’s not muted, it does not play. It’s just what has to be done for the video to play.

?And regarding the error message, If I got your point correctly, it’s showing randomly. Am I correct? If so, the previous message is still valid and you need to ensure the connectivity between your server and ours with your hosting provider.

Generally speaking, when the Depicter requests do not go through a server firewall or security layer, you may notice this. Hosting providers or network admins can confirm that so all you need to do is to contact them and ask them for checking this.
