• Hi,
    Great plugin
    I exported my orders.
I tested the import of 1500 commands locally and everything is ok.
When I do the same import on a remote server I always get this error after the file import has started “An error occured” and this even if I reduce the number of commands during the export.
    An idea ?
    Thanks

    Hi @marocweb,

    Greeting from WebToffee

The issue you are facing with the import might be because of the server timeout during the import. Can you please try reducing the import batch count value in the plugin settings to a lower value and increase the execution timeout value and try again? By default, the import batch count value will be 10. Please set the value to 10 or a lesser value like 5 or 2 and try again.

    Hi,

I was able to successfully import the orders.

Maybe a connection problem. I had already increased the execution timeout value.

I changed the name of the import file to something simpler, without numbers (ex: my-file.csv) and everything went well.

    Again, great plugin.Thanks.`
