“an error has occurred” – safari ios

  • the plugin crashed after flipping through a few pages. safari says “an error has occurred” and then reloads the page, then gets stuck loading pdf viewer

    the flipbook works okay on new ipads but when testing on a 2017 one it crashes after flipping back and forth a few times

    Hi,

    Does this happen when you disable 3D mode?

    Or does this happen with vertical viewer too?

    Is 3d mode not supported for 2017 ipad and older? I want to make sure the flipbook will work on as many devices as possible. What settings do you recommend?

    Hi,

    We do not have all the models for testing.

    But we have faced issues with safari handling 3D and tried to disable 3D on safari mobile phones. So is the flipbook working in 2D mode?
