An error has occured. Please try again. After moving to new host

I moved my site to a new host (but kept the same domain name and directory structure). Everything on the site works fine except Login with Ajax. When I try logging in using the widget, I immediately see the pink box with “An error has occured. Please try again.”
I’ve tried deleting the plugin and reinstalling it. I’ve tried disabling other plugins. I’m using the default theme. But nothing has allowed it to work again. Any ideas?
