    Hi,

    I need help with my mailpoet forms. When trying to sign up to the newsletter it gives me this error: “An error has happened while performing a request, please try again later.”

    Jquery version: 3.6.4 – so that shouldn’t be the problem.

    When i “validate” the license, I do get a test email.

    Hi @nabosnyi,

    If you have a recent version of jQuery and the error persists, it’s possible that ModSecurity is enabled on your web hosting server and is blocking requests from the MailPoet form. In this case, we recommend contacting your hosting support and inquiring about disabling ModSecurity for the page where the form is located.

    If it doesn’t help, let us know and we will investigate it further.

    Hi @bruberries

    Thanks for your answer. ModSecurity wasn’t the issue either. A recent Mailpoet update seems to have fixed the issue.
