An error after the latest plugin update

  • Hi team,

    I added some new alt text and media description, and then I updated the Create plugin. After updating the plugin, I noticed that all the alt text and media descriptions I added were wiped from my media library. I reported this bug to let you know this happened on my site.

    Thanks so much for reaching out and letting us know about this (and so sorry about the delay here).

    I tried reproducing a similar experience on my end by adding some alt text and descriptions to the images in the Media Library as well as testing the images being used in the Create card.

    So far, we haven’t yet been able to reproduce this issue on plugin updating but if you’re still experiencing any issues with this feel free to reach out to us using [email protected] and we’ll be more than happy to dig in deeper there!
