    Hi,
I used Backup migration plugin several times and it’s really amazing.
But, now, when I paste the migration code on the desired website, BM plugin starts downloading file, and then on the next step I only got an error with this code BMI-YEU4sJ6E-43883 and no further explanation.
Also, the website that I am want to copy is on address david.preduzetnik.it/wp, and this last part “/wp” is made by mistake, but now I am thinking, maybe it’s making some trouble here?

    Hi @djarmush

Before you generate code, you can download logs of the backup/migration, at the end of the file where the error is printed in some cases it will show explanation of what happened.

Don’t worry about the URL, our plugin can handle all kinds of URLs as well as IP address or local domains.

In your case the error was:

    [ERROR] [2022-10-31 09:23:50] Download error
    [ERROR] [2022-10-31 09:23:50] Error: HTTP/2 stream 0 was not closed cleanly: PROTOCOL_ERROR (err 1)

Which means the download was closed by source server before it finished, most likely due to large size of the backup or/and upload limit of the server where you created the backup.

    Possible solution:
We have alternate download method that may solve some issues.
To enable it, go to ?Other options” section on the site where you made the backup then:
    Enable alternate download method: https://prnt.sc/1slr41w

If that won’t help, you can also upload your file via FTP or our upload area below backups list.
    – Before you do that, you can also try to disable security plugin.

Let me know if that worked for you ??
    Thank you!

As we didn’t hear any reply in last days.
I can assume that you resolved the issue.

Feel free to open new topic if I am wrong!
    Thank you ??
