An empty box in footer when inserted a form with date field

I am having the same issue. Here is my link: https://209.59.174.162/~lionsrt/ The form is in the footer. You will see a random white box with a light grey border on the left under my newsletter signup. When you click on the “Date” field the white box disappears.

this is a problem with jquery date picker
we have patched this in next version

When is the next version coming out? My client is eager to get their site up and running. Thanks!
