An Elegant Plugin and Great Support, all in one

I was extremely surprised by the elegant simplicity of this plugin and how with a few quick clicks Facebook Commenting was now possible on my own website.

On one of my websites however, there was a special case issue that I approached their free support with. Specifically, the theme I used had a Post that called another post (a recipe) through a shortcode. This worked beautifully for my website, but when trying to implement the WP Facebook Comments, both the Post and “called” post, both displayed the Facebook comments box. Not good.

Not expecting much in the way of feedback, I attempted the free support, and was immediately shocked by a response a few hours later. It wasn’t just the timeliness, but the first responder, was able to diagnose the core of the issue and knew after a quick back-and-forth, that it required more personalized response, so as to not waste time in solving the issue at hand.

Forwarding me to Genial Support directly, I then illustrated the issue, and within 2 communique, was delighted with not only further understand, but a solution for my issue and help implementing it.

This development team is certainly seasoned to design such an amazing plugin, but in addition, the compassion to understand where I am coming from at a WP user level.
