an author or a contributor's dashboard has contact form 7 – help removing it

hello,
im using contact form 7 plugin and when i give a new user a role of author or a contributor they see contact form on their dashboard with a shortcut code that could be added to their post. and i want that option exclusively with admin only

so can anyone please.. help me, by guiding me on how to remove that particular option from their dashboard.
