An appropriate representation of the requested error

  • Unable to add images, where previously uploaded images could be. Get an error message:

    An appropriate representation of the requested resource /blog/wp-admin/media-upload.php could not be found on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    I’ve tried re-uploading the images, installed a fresh wordpress download, tried different themes, no change.

    Can anyone help?
